HIPAA — Connect Health Customers

If you subscribe to SeeUWell Connect Health, your account involves the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of your practice. We operate as your Business Associate under HIPAA and execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every Connect Health subscriber before the account goes live.

We apply the minimum necessary standard to all PHI: we access, use, or disclose only the PHI required to provide the contracted services. PHI collected through Connect Health is never used for marketing purposes, never sold, and never shared with third parties except as required by law or authorized by your BAA.

Connect Health maintains HIPAA-grade audit logs of all PHI access and processing events. If you have questions about our HIPAA practices or need to request your BAA, contact [email protected].

Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following processors to operate our platform:

our AI platform partner — powers the voice AI, CRM, and communication infrastructure
Cloudflare — provides website hosting, CDN, and security services
Stripe — processes subscription payments

Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and is prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Data Retention

Contact and account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years after cancellation
Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default; subscribers may request extended retention
Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations

Cookies
